Position: Early Years Educator
Location: Seaford
Salary: £27,000 - £28,800 per year FTE
Hours: Full-time or part-time available
Holiday: 31 days (including Bank Holidays)

What You'll Do:
* Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
* Build a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued.
* Monitor and encourage each child's development and well-being.
* Build strong, meaningful connections with children, parents, and teammates.
* Keep safety and hygiene standards high.
What You Bring to the Team:
* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
* Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping little ones shine.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to learning and professional growth.
