Key Requirements:
* Extensive UK-based experience in architectural practice
* Strong track record in residential projects (preferred)
* Confident using Vectorworks and Revit
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
* Practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Role Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction stages
* Contribute to design development with detailed technical input
* Ensure documentation aligns with current standards and regulations
* Support a variety of residential and commercial projects
* Potential to take on project coordination and site responsibilities
