Our client, based in the Chesham area are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their Customer Service team due to growth within the business.
Responsibilities will include:
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and the external sales team through open and interactive communication
* Meet personal/customer service team KPI`s and targets
* Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
* Liaise with the 3PL warehouses ensuring all correct information is sent in order for orders to be fulfilled correctly and on time
* Raise quotations when requested
* Identify and assess customers` needs to achieve satisfaction
* Requirements and skills:
* 2-3 years of experience working in a busy office environment
* Strong phone mannerisms
* A strong team player
* Flexible and keen to learn
* Good knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office
* Base salary £27,000 per annum
* Company pension
* 5% bonus opportunity per quarter based on hitting sales target (therefore opportunity to earn 20% bonus in a year)
* 25 days holiday per year + statuary holidays
