An Outstanding secondary school is seeking a dedicated Design Technology Graduate to work as a Trainee Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2026.
Key Duties
* Supporting DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Assisting students with practical and theory-based tasks
* Supporting workshop activities and classroom organisation
* Encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and engagement
* Providing intervention support where required
Candidate Profile
* UK degree in Design Technology, Product Design, Engineering, or related subject
* Passion for working with young people
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Positive and adaptable approach
* Interest in pursuing teacher training
