Your Partner in Property - Commercial, Development and Investment Property Solicitor
We are recruiting for a driven and ambitious conveyancer to work in James Allum’s Bath-based practice within Carbon Law Partners. Responsibilities
* Independently run and complete all types of residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales and remortgages of leasehold and freehold properties.
* Own files from onboarding to post-completion, including handling and being competent with all compliance and AML matters.
* Operate in a detailed, comprehensive and efficient manner to ensure all matters receive appropriate care and attention.
* Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional, innovative client services.
* Be commutable to the Bath city-centre office and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment.
Qualifications
* 2+ PQE
* A solicitor, licensed conveyancer or chartered legal executive
* Experience in residential conveyancing, including leasehold and freehold transactions

* Market rate salary with 15% fee sharing on 100% of the conveyancer’s billing
