This Home provides supportto service users with severe and profound learning disabilities, complex physical and sensory disabilities, and behaviour that challenge within a community setting,including those who require 24 hour care.
As Deputy Manager, in supporting the Service Manager you will:
please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfCbanding system, but have applied their own salary scale. The Guernsey Band 6 salary rangeis£47,860 to £64,615 plus an annual bonus of £1,747 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS or Local Authority service for annual leave and sick leave
