Position Summary:
* Role is In Person, In Office, 5 days per week
* Assist in Purchasing Major Packages
* Schedule / Monitor Job Progress with Monthly Cost to Completes
* Schedule Manpower
* Price / Negotiate Change Orders
* Safety Administrator on their Projects
* Perform project management duties in accordance with the Company’s project management template
* Jobsite visits
* Attend Project Meetings as required
* Bulk ordering materials based on layout
* Material and equipment releases
* Other duties as may be assigned
Base package:
* Salary commensurate with Experience
* Annual bonuses based on performance
* Company subsidized health plan – After 3 months
