Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong organisational ability to assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts for their needs. As a Parts Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service.
Responsibilities
* Order Prep：Pre-pick workshop parts, pick customer orders, and check stock availability per enquiries.
* Sales & Customer Service：Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins; build relationships via product knowledge and strong first impressions.
* Stock Control：Replenish consumables/service parts regularly for quick service to workshop, departments, and trade/retail clients.
* Process warranty claims (parts-related) and complete admin (customer records, invoicing) promptly and accurately.
Requirements
* Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
* Possession of a forklift license is highly desirable.
* Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
* Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries.
* Detail-oriented, diligent, positive, a strong team player, and highly reliable.
