What you’ll be doing as a Bar Manager
19. Ensuring the beverage side of the business runs smoothly, effectively and profitably
20. Creating a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members in a hugely successful pub
21. Managing and running the bar for successful service, coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
22. Serving great drinks, helping define the beverage offer, and coming up with house cocktails each season
23. Ensuring high product and service standards
24. Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
25. Taking responsibility for liquor sales, GP and yield targets and controilling the liquor stock
26. Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, cellar management, invoice receipting
27. Training, developing and recruiting bar team members
28. Maintaining hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
