You will play a key role in developing and managing systems, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with key policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have: NVQ Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline) Several years’ experience in a senior administrative role A strong knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, lead and motivate others A proactive attitude towards self-development and seeking learning opportunities The ability to develop and implement effective systems and processes Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to children and adults Experience in using financial management systems and IT packages (e.g., SIMS, OLAS, MS Excel). The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential for this role.
