Service Operations Manager Location: Central London Summary of Role A key role within the growing H&K Fire Detection team heading up the service delivery with a drive to making sure that both client SLAs are achieved and the Fire Detection service department is efficiently and inline with company standards. A capable understanding of fire systems is essential and this role would ideally suit somebody from a previous engineering background or experience in a similar role. Service Operation Manager responsibilities: 1. Leading, recruiting, developing and line manager the engineering team. 2. Coordinating with contractors and suppliers. 3. Managing the resolution of any delays. 4. Hiring and training new employees. 5. Managing process improvements.
