Robert Half are recruiting for a commercially focused Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Leeds.
Responsibilities:
* Own the full month-end process - P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
* Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis and commentary
* Manage accruals, prepayments and balance sheet integrity
* Maintain fixed asset register and oversee capex tracking
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Assist with audit, VAT returns, payroll and commissions
* Identify and drive process improvements across finance
Requirements:
* Part-qualified / qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Strong technical grounding in management accounts
* Experience in analysis, reporting and business partnering
* Advanced Excel and confident with finance systems
* Commercially minded, proactive and detail-focused
