We are recruiting on behalf of a growing, well-established company in Redhill looking to strengthen their contracts support team. This is a great opportunity to join during an exciting period of growth, with full training and real progression on offer.
The Contracts Administrator Role:
You will support contract delivery across multiple sites, working closely with managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers to keep operations on track.
* Directly support your Contracts Manager and team of engineers
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries
* Coordinate engineer schedules and job callouts
* Raise purchase orders and liaise with subcontractors
* Manage health & safety documentation
* Assist with invoicing, reporting, and admin tasks
* Maintain accurate client records and systems
What’s On Offer:
* 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts: 8:00–4:30 / 8:30–5:00)
* £28,000 (increasing to £29,500 after probation)
* 22 days holiday (increasing with service)
