Job Title: Graduate Land Product Development Engineer
Location: Glascoed (Clwyd)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
* Working closely within an integrated Product and Process Development team.
* Planning and subsequent delivery of Product development Engineering Tasks.
* Attainment of knowledge and experience in the design process and implementation of new technologies.
* Taking the opportunity to lead in Continuous Improvement projects.
* Planning, carrying out and reporting results from product development trials. Compiling technical data to support design approval.
* Preparing technical documentation, including reports, procurement specifications and requirement specifications
* Developing inspection and quality controls for components and assembled products

The Land Team:
Equipping the British Armed Forces and international customers with a range of munitions products, from small arms ammunition through to heavy artillery, tank ammunition, warheads, and payloads with projects including the Challenger 3 Battle Tank.

Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, and Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or related disciplines.
