It provides a safe, comfortable, and empowering environment for individuals with enduring mental health needs who are transitioning from hospital or institutional settings to independent living.The service consists of 16 self-contained one-bedroom apartments, each fully furnished with its own kitchen, bathroom, and essential appliances.
Support is available on-site 24/7 from a dedicated recovery team, ensuring that each person receives the guidance and care they need to build confidence and live independently.Security and peace of mind are prioritised, with CCTV in place throughout the site.
Every individual benefits from a bespoke recovery plan tailored to their personal goals, helping them take meaningful steps toward greater autonomy and wellbeing.
