Role duties:
* Participate in a structured training program covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management.
* Work closely with senior managers and team members to learn day-to-day operations.
* Contribute to team projects and drive process improvements.

* Analyse business performance and assist in developing strategic plans.
