We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our growing team. This is a remote, self-employed position, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of property sales progression experience. You’ll need your own laptop and phone to manage your workload.
What You\u2019ll Do
* Oversee property sales from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth transactions.
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
* Resolve issues like down valuations and legal delays with effective problem-solving.
* Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* Provide regular updates to clients and agents on progress.
What We\u2019re Looking For
* Experience: At least 2 years in property sales progression.
* Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge: Solid understanding of the property sales process, including legalities and mortgage requirements.
* Independence: Ability to work remotely, manage your own workload, and handle multiple transactions.
