Our integrated healthcare services cater to both Occupational Health and Private Health needs for businesses, including health screening, surveillance, on-site nurses and doctors, and urgent consultations and treatments.
Role Description
The Clinical Support Manager shall oversee healthcare staff (Nursing, HCAs, physios), clinical operations and resources, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery. This role shall have overall responsibility for the quality of the clinical services delivered by nurses, HCAs and HCTs and the Clinical Governance within the business.

The Clinical Support Manager also acts as a liaison with other departments and ensures continuous improvement in clinical effectiveness and service delivery.
Person Specifications
Qualifications
* A professional healthcare qualification, an associate degree or bachelor’s degree
* Proven experience in a healthcare service management or similar operational role
* Experience of managing/supervising a team and effective staff management
* Significant experience and knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management
Personal Attributes
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills. Ability to coach and training staff and deliver performance improvement plans.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to assess situations, mitigate risks, and provide solutions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
