What we are looking for in you
We are seeking enthusiastic, honest, and hardworking individuals to join our teams in Somerset. We are partnering with Somerset Council to deliver a new contract providing supported accommodation for young people aged 16-24.
You will collaborate with supported provision workers to facilitate smooth transitions of support. Building professional, positive, and trusting relationships with clients, landlords, and other services, this role involves modeling, teaching, and encouraging positive behaviors to ensure effective management of independent accommodation and promote sustainable, long-term positive outcomes.
We are expanding our passionate Young Persons’ Housing team in Somerset and are eager to find people who believe in young people and their potential, motivated to make a real difference for young people and communities.
Creating professional, positive, and trusting relationships is key to working with young people, providing a supportive environment for them to progress towards greater independence and achieve meaningful goals. Our teams adopt an asset-based approach to actively encourage positive progression for all individuals we work with.
If you're ready to make a real impact and facilitate transformative change, we look forward to your application.
While systems are in place to support you, a significant part of the role involves working alone. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working independently, capable of understanding and managing complex and challenging behaviors appropriately.
