What you’ll be doing:
* Handling Real Estate Casualty claims (PL injury & TP damage) end-to-end
* Acting as a key contact for clients, brokers, insurers & stakeholders
* Driving proactive handling through strong diary management
* Producing reports, technical advice & MI
* Supporting client relationships and account activity
* Working with UK & European adjusting teams
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ casualty claims experience (PL essential)
* Experience handling claims cradle to grave
* Strong understanding of liability, coverage & reserving
* Comfortable managing a busy caseload and SLAs
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
* Real Estate or European exposure is a bonus
* Working towards CII (or similar) desirable
