Role Responsibilities
* Receive requests for supplementary staffing and source available staff to meet demand.
* Escalate to agencies if Bank worker capacity is insufficient.
* Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in service development, recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations, ensuring quality and operational targets are met.
