We are recruiting an experienced, service-driven Sales Associate (Arabic speaking) to join the team of an iconic Italian luxury brand in Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, style-conscious salesperson who loves building genuine client relationships and thrives in a boutique luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalised service to an international clientele, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking clients.
* Build and nurture a loyal client book through strong clienteling, follow-up and repeat appointments.
* Provide confident styling advice, creating full looks and storytelling around product, brand heritage and collections.
* Consistently work towards individual and store KPIs including sales, UPT, ATV and CRM data capture.
* Support all aspects of daily store operations: fitting rooms, stock replenishment, transfers, cash desk and opening/closing when required.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s aesthetic at all times.
* Represent the brand culture and values on the shop floor, acting as an ambassador with a positive, energetic attitude.
Requirements
* Fluent in Arabic and English.
* Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion/footwear is strongly preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving personal sales targets and KPIs.
* Confident in clienteling: building relationships, managing a client book and driving repeat business.
* Strong styling ability, with an eye for contemporary fashion and street-luxury trends.
* Excellent communication skills, with a warm, engaging and proactive approach to customers.
* Flexible, team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced boutique environment.
