About the Role This Special Needs Learning Support Assistant position is based within a dedicated SEN Provision in a primary school in Enfield. The role is full time, from 8:30am to 3:30pm. As an SEN TA, you will be working as part of a small, supportive team alongside three other members of staff, supporting a group of 11 children within the provision. The pupils are aged EYFS and KS1 and have a range of special educational needs. You will play a key role in supporting learning activities, encouraging communication and social development, and helping pupils follow structured routines throughout the school day.
