Trelleborg Polyurethane Products Ltd is looking for a Process Technologist to join our team and play a key role in improving our manufacturing processes. About The Role As a Process Technologist, you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities. You’ll work closely with our Research & Development and Quality team to troubleshoot issues, optimise processes, and ensure high standards of product quality. Key Responsibilities Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Drive change initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency Collaborate across Operations, Technical, and Quality teams Support troubleshooting and provide hands-on process support Develop and validate process documentation and work instructions Optimise manufacturing processes using recognised Manufacturing Excellence techniques Support Capex proposals and improvement projects What We’re Looking For Experience with elastomers, especially polyurethane or rubber (desirable) Formal qualification in Engineering or a Scientific discipline (desirable) Manufacturing experience preferred Strong problem-solving and coaching skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in IT, especially Excel Please note due to the nature of the work and the high-level security requirements, we can only consider applications from UK British citizens who do not hold dual nationality.
