Job type: Part time & Permanent
Working Hours: 7.75 hours per week covering every Sunday 07:45am – 4:00pm, with casual overtime available
Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour + excellent benefits

To deliver those services we seek an enthusiastic and customer-focused team. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join our team.
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide concise customer information and service regarding the facility and its offerings. The role involves a high level of customer interaction, including face-to-face, email and telephone queries, and you may be asked to assist other staff from time to time.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic, committed to giving the best service to visitors and going the extra mile for customers when needed. We are looking for candidates with previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment; sales experience is desirable. You will have good communication and customer care skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, a good telephone manner, and confidence using IT systems. Customer service qualifications are desirable.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-point contact for customers and deliver information and service related to the facility and its offerings.
* Interact with customers face-to-face, via email and telephone; assist other staff as required.
* Maintain customer records and handle cash transactions where applicable.
* Support the team to ensure a safe, friendly and professional environment.
