Job Description:
Once any support package is in place, our bespoke support worker(s) will be responsible for:
* Providing day-to-day trauma-informed support as outlined in the child's care plan, to meet their daily needs, promote safety and well-being, and protect from harm.
* Supporting the child/young person in activities such as cooking meals, keeping their bedroom clean and tidy, and other daily routines.
