A leading, top-tier, international barristers' chamber is seeking a Personal Assistant to support their award-winning CEO in their central London office. The Opportunity The successful Personal Assistant will provide proactive and high-level secretarial and administrative support. You'll be confident managing demanding schedules, court and hearing logistics, and professional correspondence, all while working within a fast-paced and collaborative team. Duties include: Manage complex paper and digital diaries, including court schedules, client meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences Draft, format, and proofread legal documentation and correspondence with precision and consistency Liaise with court clerks, clients, and solicitors to ensure seamless coordination of hearings and deadlines Prepare and manage bundles, case files, and other court-related materials Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Provide billing support, tracking hours and coordinating with the fees team Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications Use MS Office and legal systems efficiently to support the day-to-day operations of the teamThis Personal Assistant opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
