What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and developing a field sales team, setting clear goals and coaching for performance.
* Driving execution of commercial strategies to deliver growth in wholesale and convenience.
* Building strong relationships with regional customers and opening new accounts.
* Using data and insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
What you’ll need to bring:
* A proven track record in field sales leadership within FMCG or wholesale.
* Experience managing distributed teams and driving both results and culture.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to inform decisions.
* A coaching mindset with the ability to inspire and energise others.
