The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the building and electrical departments. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with project tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role involves maintaining organized workflows, managing communications, and supporting the team's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with office management tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and directing inquiries
* Maintain and update filing systems (physical and electronic)
* Input data accurately into systems
* Maintain spreadsheets and company systems, ensuring information is current and organized
* Generate regular reports from collected data
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
* Draft and send internal and external correspondence
* Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues
* Collaborate with other departments to support administrative needs
* Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
* Handle confidential information discreetly, adhering to data protection protocols
* Support ad-hoc tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document management
* Arrange appointments with tenants via phone or email


Key Skills

* Experience in office administration
* Construction experience is preferred but not essential
* Attention to detail and confidence
* Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Ability to drive due to office location
