The Role: As an Warehouse (Intake) Operator, you'll manage the intake of bulk raw materials, ensure the accuracy and availability of stock, and maintain traceability and product quality throughout the process. You'll play a key role in upholding INSPIRED's high standards for GMP, safety, and operational excellence. Role Specifics: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12hour shifts) The 4 on 4 off shift pattern offers predictability, extended rest periods and the ability to plan time outside of work. Average working hours of 42 hours per week Nights shift (18:00-06:00) Hourly rate of £15.66 plus shift allowance of £2.60 per hour Key Responsibilities: Accurately record delivery weights and data using spreadsheets and paperwork. Manage vehicle entries on-site using the INSPIREDs MRP system, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Sample and test bulk raw materials, reporting anomalies to the quality team. Set up and manage routes for transferring bulk materials into silos and bins via process control systems. Maintain GMP standards across intake, silo areas, and tank farm. Report equipment faults or defects using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Prepare raw materials based on production requirements and schedules. Liaise with hauliers, colleagues, and the quality/lab team as needed.
