As a team, you work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders across the business to champion platform capabilities, encourage solution-led design, and maximise feature re-use. You play a key role in maintaining, evolving, and promoting the effective use of our critical operational systems—helping teams deliver faster and smarter.

As a Platform Specialist, you will:

* Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the SaaS platforms, and particularly the Mulesoft API platform, you will be aligning platform capabilities with business needs and advising business, technical, and delivery teams on best practice use.
* Own platform performance and reliability, working with the vendor and support teams to ensure availability, effective support, and rapid incident resolution.
* Manage platform updates and releases by reviewing vendor release notes, coordinating required changes, and protecting service continuity during upgrades.
* Enable delivery teams to build and release solutions by providing access, guidance, and hands-on support across non-production and production environments.
* Champion secure and effective platform use by working with architecture, access, and information security teams to ensure appropriate controls, data integrity, and feature reuse.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience owning and managing a complex, SaaS based platform, with the confidence to make it reliable, secure, and fit for purpose.
* A strong track record of working with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and deliver clear guidance or training.
* Hands-on experience (ideally 3+ years) with MuleSoft and/or Salesforce, backed by certification.
* Strong experience of working in a software delivery function alongside developers and in an Agile framework.
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose issues quickly and prioritise or escalate effectively.
* A growth mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
