ATI is looking for a full-time ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT to join its Sheffield Studio.

The Role
As an Associate Architect, you will engage in a portfolio of ambitious projects across a range of sectors and locations. You will employ established professional skills and experience to assume senior responsibility for project teams; and to ensure successful delivery through efficient organization, elegant problem-solving, and effective presentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractor teams.
* Establish and support teams across multiple projects, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee project processes, maintaining involvement from inception to completion.
* Lead project meetings and client presentations, serving as the primary client contact.
* Develop and maintain programming in collaboration with the Director.
* Lead and supervise design and technical workshops, ensuring consistency in standards and innovation.
* Maintain and enhance design and technical standards across all projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Address client concerns proactively, ensuring satisfaction and project alignment.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and streamline processes across the business.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* RIBA Part III or international equivalent
* 10+ Years’ post-registration experience within a respected design consultancy; delivering complex international projects covering a variety of typologies (with preference for high-rise mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, and education sectors)
* Advanced software proficiency (preference for REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino, + rendering)
* Sound knowledge of (UK) building codes, standards and practices (with appreciation of international standards being beneficial).
