Service Centre Manager Slough
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and office staff.
2. Ensure efficient depot operations and exceptional customer service.
3. Manage budgets, overheads, and profitability targets.
4. Oversee health & safety compliance and depot housekeeping standards.
5. Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
6. Maintain accurate reporting and KPI tracking.
