About the Role
We are looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor for an 8‑hour temporary contract at our shop in St. Ives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional service with thorough product knowledge.
* Recommend services and solutions to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Drive sales across channels, using the website as a selling tool and processing online orders.
* Resolve customer issues with a first‑point approach and actively seek solutions.
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
* Implement store visual merchandising and window standards, maximising commercial opportunities.
* Flexibly support operational tasks such as inventory management, loss prevention, health & safety and store safety standards.
