CJS Recruitment are seeking a reliable, organised individual to support the daily operations of flooring installation projects. This is a varied, hands-on role that involves site work, planning, materials coordination, and fitter management. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out pre-installation site checks (e.g. measuring units, assessing readiness) * Assist with the day-to-day running of both small and large developments * Coordinate with fitters and manage on-site expectations * Plan and organise installation schedules, including ordering materials * Support general warehouse duties and help with site deliveries when needed * Hours: 6am - 3pm (depending on site location) Requirements: * Full UK driving licence * Local to Paddock Wood * Some site experience preferred but not essential * Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) * Strong organisation and communication skills * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative What We Offer: * £30,000 – £34,000 annual salary (depending on experience) * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Access to a company vehicle (with the potential for a dedicated vehicle in time) * Fast-paced, supportive work environment with quick progression opportunities * On-the-job training and long-term development for the right candidate This company is looking to invest in someone who can grow with the company.
