About the Role:
Our client, a leading cybersecurity consultancy, is looking for a PAM Engineer to join their team and play a key role in managing and improving their Privileged Access Management environment. You’ll be working closely with technical and security teams to implement, maintain, and optimise Beyond Trust solutions, ensuring privileged access is properly secured and managed across the business.
This is a hands-on, technically engaging role that also offers the chance to contribute ideas, influence process improvements, and help shape best practice within a growing security function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain PAM solutions, primarily BeyondTrust
* Implement and configure new PAM integrations and policies
* Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues
* Work closely with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure secure privileged access across the organisation
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives
Key Skills & Experience:
* 2–3 years of experience in PAM or related security engineering roles
* Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust (or similar PAM tools like CyberArk, Delinea, etc.)
* Solid understanding of identity, access management, and privilege escalation concepts
* Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills
* Great communicator, team player, and cultural fit
Nice to Have:
* Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python)
* Broader understanding of IAM or endpoint security
