Your Impact
You will:
* Take ownership of major projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.
* Lead with confidence, guiding stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned.
* Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
Location
Based at our office near Wakefield, with site-based work at various locations depending on the project assigned.
What We’re Looking For
* A strong background in rail and civil engineering environments.
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in engineering or operations.
* Leadership and communication skills—you know how to motivate and influence.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to balance the big picture and the details.
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
