Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Specialist Hedge Fund Headhunters

The Right Candidate:
* Academically excellent: You’ll need AAB+ at A‑Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university.
* Confident and credible: You’ll be working with some of the smartest candidates on the planet – graduates from Oxbridge and Ivy League schools who were the top 5% of their class. You must be comfortable and assured when engaging with these high performers.
* Financially driven: The earning potential is huge, and you can start making serious money from day one. A recent graduate hire earned over £100k in their first year. If the idea of uncapped commission and life‑changing pay excites you, this is the place to be.
* Research‑focused: You’ll need a methodical, detail‑driven approach to succeed when recruiting for world‑leading hedge funds.
* Resilient and hardworking: You must be driven, ambitious, and gritty. Whether it’s through academics, sport, part‑time work, or life experience, you should have a track record of pushing yourself and delivering.
