A leading UK-based digital and cloud transformation specialist is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its high-performing Public Sector Sales team. The company is privately owned and employs over 700 people across the UK, with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, impactful technology solutions across central, local, and regional government.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to significant growth within the public sector space. You'll work with a well-established customer base, have access to sales-ready leads from marketing, and benefit from strong relationships with global technology partners.

You will have experience in selling large, complex solutions into the Microsoft ecosystem. You will have sold experience of this and perhaps even contacts at Microsoft themselves. You will be a winner and most of the team are taking home £250k+ including OTE.
What You'll Be Doing
Find
* Drive pipeline growth through self-generated activity, referrals, networking, and collaboration with a proactive in-house marketing team.
* Identify new logo opportunities and expansion potential within a defined set of public sector accounts.
* Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to maximise product reach within accounts.
Win
* Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
* Work with internal solution architecture and pre-sales teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
* Leverage CRM and structured sales processes to manage opportunities effectively.
Grow
* Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market public sector accounts.
* Maintain and develop strategic customer relationships post-sale, ensuring long-term commercial value.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and service transitions.
* Lead on commercial discussions, account planning, and renewals.
* Build a deep understanding of customer landscapes and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
* Engage in joint activity with strategic technology partners to further account growth.
What You'll Bring
* Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or cloud transformation.
* Experience working with or selling into the public sector.
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles, with evidence of consistent quota attainment.
* Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, TAS, Challenger).
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop senior-level customer relationships.
* Motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
* Confident working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
