Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
* at least 1 year's experience in this role or similar
* outstanding customer service
* well organised
* passionate, enthusiastic and motivated
* basic level of computer literacy
Desirable criteria:
* 2+ year’s experience within this role or similar
* previous knowledge and experience of the motor trade industry
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
* Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
* Running the office, including managing the diary/booking in work
* Dealing with all customer enquiries, raising quotations and liaising with customers for additional work
* Liaising with the workshop staff & suppliers.
* Processing payments and managing the petty cash
* Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
* Willingness to travel and cover other centres if and when required
* Other duties as requested
