SERVICE ARCHITECT
Length: 3 monthsLocation: Hybrid 2 days a week in LondonIR35 status: Outside
This role reports to the Head of Service Excellence Workstream and is part of the Global Support Division.
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Architect with a strong background in enterprise service management design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management principles and practices, as well as extensive experience in designing and implementing service-oriented architectures within large organisations.
The Service Architect requires the following skills / capabilities:
1. Business understanding: Ability to interface and work both with Technology Solutions and Services, divisional teams and business representatives at all levels.
2. Personal accountability and motivation: Willing to accept personal responsibility for their own activities and those of other teams within the IT organisation.
3. Passionate about service excellence and seeing quality IT solutions in place in for their business area(s) and across the Group as a whole.
