Your new role Full and part-time roles available Waking and sleeping nights Days 24, 48 and 72-hour shifts As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes and communities. You'll assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, attending appointments, and engaging in social and leisure activities. You'll help people build positive relationships and be active members of their local community. The role requires flexibility across a 7-day rota. What you'll need to succeed A caring, respectful, and inclusive approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure Willingness to learn and undertake training Basic IT and numerical skills No previous experience required - full training provided A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
