About the role:
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their own homes, including:
* Personal care and support with daily living tasks
* Medication prompts and health monitoring
* Companionship and emotional support
* Light housekeeping and meal preparation
What we're looking for:
* Experience in care is essential — HCA, Care Assistant, Support Worker, NHS, or similar roles
* Reliable, trustworthy, and committed — live-in care requires consistency and professionalism
* Confident supporting clients with complex needs
* Comfortable with overnight sleep-in arrangements (you will have private space and rest periods)
* Driving is desirable but not essential
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Willing to travel for a 3-day induction training
