Job Description:
A Leeds school is seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis to support pupils and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements. The role involves supporting teachers with behavioural management and lesson delivery. You may also be required to plan and deliver your own classes due to unplanned absences. 1:1 support may be needed at times.

Hours of work: Term time, Monday-Friday
Pay: GBP90-GBP110 per day depending on experience.
Start date: ASAP.
Contract: Permanent/full-time

The successful candidate will:
* Hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent to a level 4 NVQ.
* Have experience supporting teachers both inside and outside the classroom.
* Be passionate about raising teaching standards.
* Have experience managing classroom behaviours and incidents.
* Be capable of motivating and encouraging pupils to reach their potential.
* Communicate effectively with staff and report incidents professionally.
Eligibility requirements through Prospero Teaching:
* Right to work in the UK.
* An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
* Two professional child-related references covering the last two years.
