Responsibilities
We are seeking a kind, reliable and flexible Personal Assistant to support with daily living and social activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others live independently and fully, both at home and out in the community.Responsibilities include:
Personal care: dressing, toileting, incontinence care, medication assistance
Supporting with meals: preparing and serving nutritious meals/snacks, tea and coffee, occasional feeding support
Mobility and exercise: encouraging and assisting with walking/physiotherapy exercises, wheelchair support for outings
Outings and appointments: accompanying to the cinema, social visits, doctors and hospital appointments
Household tasks: laundry and light domestic support
Social support: encouraging engagement with friends, family, and community
Requirements:
Must have a driving licence and access to a car
Someone who shares language and cultural background is preferred
Reliable, patient, and caring nature
Willing to learn (full training provided)
Hours: 27.5 per week, shared with another PA. Flexible schedule – to be agreed.Rates: £12.60 Mon-Fri & £15.69 Sat-Sun.
