Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking a personal assistant to join their highly regarded pensions team. This is an exciting six-month fixed-term opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to multiple Trustee Directors
Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, papers, and board packs
Record accurate minutes and follow up on actions as required
Support billing processes, including analysis of time and billable hours
Handle expense management and maintain accurate management information and reports
Coordinate internal meetings and assist with team events, away days, and departmental communications
Support client onboarding, maintain CRM records, and assist with scheme setup and document management
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective workload distribution, project management, and absence cover
Contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and numeracy
Proven experience in diary management, travel booking, and general administration
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
A diligent and reliable team player with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in professional services or financial services
Familiarity with billing or invoicing processes
