We have a new opportunity to join our Partnerships Operations team as a Partnerships Operations Manager.
As a Partnerships Operations Manager, you will support the daily operations of the Partnerships team, ensuring the successful delivery of assets outlined in partner contracts. Your focus will be on executional excellence, logistics, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-impact experiences and services. This role is vital in maintaining the premium reputation of our partner programmes and contributing to the team's overall success.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the Replica Car Programme, including fleet scheduling, global logistics, compliance, branding, maintenance, storage, and reporting.
* Acting as the primary liaison between Partner Managers, internal departments, logistics providers, and the Legal team to ensure all loan agreements, insurance, and customs documentation are in place.
* Overseeing the UK Track Day Programme in partnership with Aston Martin Lagonda, ensuring contractual allocations, guest communications, and on-site support are effectively managed.
* Supporting wider partnership travel requirements in collaboration with internal Travel, Partner Services, and Operations teams.
* Leading or co-managing commercial and marketing projects such as photo shoots, PR days, filming, and other activations.
Qualifications for success in this role include:
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, fleet, or operational event management, preferably within motorsport or high-end commercial environments.
* Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills, with experience in agency settings preferred.
* Confidence in managing budgets, overseeing suppliers, and meeting timelines.
* Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and composure under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with creative problem-solving abilities.
* An enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork.
* Respect for confidentiality and commitment to safeguarding intellectual property and brand assets.
* A valid UK driving license and the flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Silverstone campus, with occasional travel to other locations.
