We have exciting opportunities for a motivated HCA to join our innovative and pro‑active Tuag Adref team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care. Tuag Adref is a rehabilitation service with an ongoing ethos of developing multidisciplinary care initiatives and addressing the needs of the surrounding population.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our integrated multidisciplinary team to help provide care, support and clinically effective evidence‑based care promoting care in the community. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate reliability and commitment to providing a high standard of care and support to patients in their own homes.
