Techniche Global are supporting an agile consultancy to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to support a range of major infrastructure and utilities projects. You will act as a trusted advisor on client projects, delivering strategic commercial advice and managing contract and commercial matters. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. You will play a key role in identifying creative solutions, driving process improvements, and working hands‑on with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Salary: £55-70k + bonuses
Location: Hybrid work from one of the offices: Newton-le-Willows/Cockermouth / Crooklands / Hartlepool / Durham
Duration: perm, full-time
Requirements: UK driving license
About You
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered).
* Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
* Client‑focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred.
* Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms.
* Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
* Ability and willingness to work collaboratively on‑site with project teams to deliver success.
