About the Role:
As a Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension)
* Immunisations and vaccinations
* Cervical screening (smear tests)
* Wound care and dressings
* Health promotion and lifestyle advice
* Supporting the GP team with clinical duties
What We’re Looking For:
* NMC registered nurse with experience in a primary care setting
* Confident in managing long-term conditions
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about patient care and community health
